Accessorizing will give scale, dimension and balance to photos while enhancing the personality of your home. Since we accent your home using only accessories and no furniture the cost is affordable for any budget.
What is accessorizing a property and how do I order service?
We will accent your vacant home with strategically placed floral arrangements, candles, baskets, rugs, towels, pictures, kitchen theme art, and 6ft Ficus trees in order to draw the buyer´s attention to the natural features of the home while providing a warmer more comfortable feel to the house. Since we use only accessories, accenting your home is very economical. Our basic package (38 pieces) is $130/month which is sufficient to do the kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 1 powder room, family room, fireplace mantel and three 6´ ficus trees. Prices for condos start as low as $100/mo. Rooms may be added or enhanced with additional items for $10-$20 per room. All packages have a 3 month minimum and a $35 set up fee. Staging is usually completed within 3 business days from receipt of your request. All fees are due at time of order. After your initial 90 day period fees will be billed month to month, payable in advance. Place your order before March 31, 2007 and receive your 4th month FREE!
